This is a courtesy translation for our English-speaking customers. The German-language version ("Widerrufsbelehrung") is the legally binding one, drafted in accordance with German and EU consumer law (§§ 355, 357 BGB, Art. 246a EGBGB). In case of any discrepancy, the German text governs.

Right of Withdrawal

Right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Returns for Defects (Complaints)

Independent of the right of withdrawal, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights for defective goods (§§ 434 et seq. BGB), which apply for two years from receipt of the goods.

If an order arrives damaged, faulty, or otherwise not up to quality, please contact us by email at info@aromaneo.com with a brief description and, if possible, a photo. After review, we'll provide you with a free return label in this case, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

If it is not a defect but simply a matter of personal taste, the right of withdrawal described above applies instead. In that case, you bear the cost of returning the goods yourself.
